Aesop

Aesop is a K-12 software that’s pretty unique because it offers an automated sub-calling system over the phone and the internet.[1] Aesop helps educational institutions to easily and quickly find substitutes for their teachers when they are absent. But how does it work? Well it’s very simply actually, teachers register their absences by calling a toll-free number or by logging on to their Aesop online account, after submitting a substitute request the site’s s system starts to look for an available and also qualified person automatically.

Some of the benefits of using this software include the ability for Administrators to know in real time which employees are absent, the reason why they are absent, who’s substituting them, and more. Another great thing about this service is that you don’t have to download or install anything because it is entirely web based, that’s why it’s called Aesop Online.
