1. Go to the site’s home page located at the following url: https://www.caremark.com/wps/portal.
2. First enter your username in the first field of the access form located on the right side of your screen.
3. Enter your Caremark.com user password in the second field box.
4. The last step is to simply click on the red button located at the bottom of the access form that says “Sign In” and that’s it, you are in!
I am unable to log on, I spoke with customer service and they gave me a number to call for web issues, said it had happened to others today. I call the number (1-800-378-9442) and get a recording for web help. Then I get transferred back to customer service again without ever speaking with anyone. I’m flusterated.
