The site provides the general public with access to an online database of cemetery records which will basically allow them to easily and quickly find the location of a grave of someone they might know without going through too much hassles or waisting valuable time, registered members also have the ability to add information about people they know who aren’t currently listed on the site, and they can even include important details and extra content such as pictures, videos, biographies, and more.[1]

To create a Find a Grave account go to http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=nm&, complete the registration form that you will see located in the center of your screen, check the box at the bottom in order to agree to the terms of service and privacy policy of the site, and then click on “Send My Information”.

1. Go to Find A Grave’s sign in page located at the following url: http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=li&retTo=home.

2. Enter your email address in the first field of the access form located right in the center of your screen.

3. Enter your user password in the second field box.

4. Now simply click the “Log In” button located at the bottom of the access form and that’s it, you are in!
