Goodreads is a book recommendations social networking service that has more than 20 million members and more than 570 million books have already been added, Wikipedia describes it as a “social cataloging website”, others call it the the world’s largest site for readers and book recommendations, I simply refer to it as “Awesome”. It is basically a service that helps users find and share books they actually like, for example, you can see what your friends are reading, get personalized book recommendations, read book reviews, and more.[1]

To start using this service you will first have to create an account, if you don’t have one yet go to the site’s sign up page at https://www.goodreads.com/user/sign_up, fill out the registration form located in the middle of your screen, click the “sign up” button located at the bottom and then follow the provided instructions to get started right away. After signing up come back to this page to learn how to access your account, if you don’t know how to do it, or if you are having problems just follow the steps below.

1. Go to the site’s sign in page located at the following url: https://www.goodreads.com/user/sign_in.
2. Enter your email address which in this case works as your username in the first field of the access form located in the center of your screen.
3. Enter your user password in the second field box.
4. Click the “Sign In” button located near the bottom of the page and that’s it, you are in!
Goodreads Login With Social Accounts
You can also access GoodReads.com using your Google+, Facebook or Twitter account, this option makes the process faster and easier, so if you already have an account at one of these sites then you should use this option instead to save a little bit of time and effort. Simply go to the site’s user access page using the link above, click the “Sign In With Google”, “Sign In With Facebook” or “Sign In With Twitter” button located at the top of the page,
accept the app and the terms of service (TOS) of the site, and you are done.
