I went to msn.com this morning, to get to the “sign in” page and the words “sign in” are no longer showing! On the right column (about 1/2 way down, where I usually find the spot to sign in…..it says Outlook on the left of the column and “register” on the right of the column…….no words to sign in to access my email.) I tried going to “how to sign in page” and that was no help, as the set up of the place where you would type in your email address and password are not even accessible.. …… since there is no place to click “sign in”. Now I can’t even get to my email to see your response..??? I could not get on my 1 yr old laptop all weekend….as I got the message “Server is not responding… What am I paying for??????

I may have to crank up my old computer to see if I can find out what to do…..Why do you have to constantly change things? Please put the options top “sign in” back where it was……We 65-yr olds and older are trying to keep up and you can’t even give us a “heads up” on more changes…..and what the frick to do.

After a company wiped my computer clean of viruses, I now can’t access my email account. It was set up to open automatically, and I don’t remember my password.
