I am now convinced that when my current contract for my cell is completed, I will be changing my provider for both my wireless and land line contracts. It is impossible to talk to someone live about problems and web sites try to sell services. Customer service is not in ATT’s plans or MO. It’s disgusting to try to get information and assistance.
