Once you start getting your content and work out there, you will probably start getting visitors to your page as well, by then you will want to ask your fans and visitors to sign up for your mailing list and activate free downloads for some of your media files in order to grow your fanbase as quickly as possible.
The service is great for new and established artists, because it is a great way to get more people looking, listening, and liking your stuff, you can submit promotions to Beats and Spotify directly from your ArtistLink account, so if you have merch for example, you can easily get it on Spotify or Beats by simply logging in and submitting your promotion for a review. MTV Artist Link Login or Sign Up Tutorial
1. Go to MTV’s Artist Link sign in page located at the following url: http://www.artistlink.com/users/sign_in.
2. Click on the Facebook or Twitter button located at the top center of your screen.
3. Click on the “Ok” button at bottom right corner of the pop up window that will instantly show up as soon as you click on any of the two buttons that I mentioned in the previous step.
4. Accept the app and the terms of service (TOS) of the site, and that’s it!
