Wufoo is a web application that helps people and businesses build great looking online forms. After signing up users can design a form via an easy to use drag and drop interface that will even build the database, backend and scripts of your online form automatically, you can “create contact forms, online surveys, and invitations that will allo collect the data, registrations and payments you need without writing a single line of code”.[1]

Wufoo can be used for free, however, there are several membership levels to choose from and they can cost up to two hundred dollars a month for unlimited forms and reports.

To start using this service you will first have to create an account, if you don’t have on yet go to the site’s sign up page at https://secure.wufoo.com/signup/, choose a membership plan, fill out the form, click “Create Account” and then follow instructions to get started right away.

1. Go to the sign in page located at the following url: https://secure.wufoo.com/login/.

2. Enter your email address in the first field of the access form located on the left side of your screen.

3. Enter your user password in the second field box.

4. Now simply click “login” and that’s it, you are in!
