ALEKS Login Information

ALEKS (Assessment and Learning in Knowledge Spaces) is an online tutoring and assessment program provided by the ALEKS Corporation, which is a company that specializes mainly in creating web based, artificially intelligent, educational software. This service is owned by McGraw-Hill, and what makes it so unique is that the learning progress is not measured based on numerical test scores, but instead it uses something known as the “Knowledge Space Theory”, which is a groundbreaking research in mathematical cognitive science that allows educators to accurately assess the student’s knowledge in certain fields and subjects in order to deliver targeted instructions on topics that the student is most ready to learn.[1]
